Incapacitated (handicapped since birth or due to an accident) and has dependant(s) and is unable to work |

Those with chronic diseases which restricts them to be independent, and has dependant(s) |

OR; experienced disasters such as losing their house to fire or landslides but are unable to rebuild |
|
OR; single mothers with dependant(s) |
|
AND; currently staying at an old, depleted, incomplete house such as facing the threat of tearing apart, with no basic necessities such as water supply and electricity |
|
AND; receive the support from the Islamic Affairs Department ( Jabatan Agama Islam-JAI), political figure (State Assemblymen or Member of Parliament) from their respective areas or from the Board Of Directors of SPNB, any individuals deemed eligible under the poverty reason above |
